By adding Wobby to your Discord server or using the Wobby verification service, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

• Wobby is provided as a free tool for Discord server moderation. A premium tier with additional features may be offered in the future.
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Wobby.
• You may not use Wobby to harass, discriminate against, or unfairly target individuals.
• Automated moderation actions (kicks, role assignments) are configured by the server administrator and are their responsibility.

2. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add Wobby to your Discord server, you are the data controller for verification data collected in your server. You are responsible for:

• Informing your members that a security verification is required and that fingerprint/IP data will be collected
• Ensuring your use of Wobby complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Configuring thresholds and automated actions appropriately for your community

3. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that member verification data including IP addresses and browser fingerprints will be collected and stored.

4. Service Availability

Wobby is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or accuracy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wobby is not liable for moderation decisions made based on its risk scores. Risk scores are probabilistic signals, not definitive determinations. Server administrators are responsible for reviewing flagged members and making final moderation decisions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
